concentration level for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. No municipal or county ordinance prohibiting driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs shall be enacted that provides for an unlawful alcohol concentration level that is different than the alcohol concentration levels provided in Subsections C and D of Section 66-8-102 NMSA 1978.
