§ 66-5-53 — Purpose
The purpose of the New Mexico Commercial Driver's License Act is to: A. improve commercial driver quality; B. remove problem commercial drivers from New Mexico's highways; and C. establish a system that will prevent operators of commercial motor vehicles from having more than one driver's license.
