New Mexico Statutes
§ 66-5-50 — Driver License Compact; definitions; cooperation
As used in the Driver License Compact with reference to this state: A. "licensing authority" means the director. The director shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Articles III, IV and V of the compact; and B. "executive head" means the governor.
