A.A standard driver's license or identification card shall be accepted by every state and local public agency and every public accommodation for all of the purposes for which such public agency or public accommodation would accept a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or identification card.
B.It is unlawful for a public accommodation to refuse to accept a standard driver's license or identification card for any purpose for which it would accept a REAL ID- compliant driver's license or identification card. A person harmed by a violation of this subsection may maintain an action for damages or appropriate injunctive or declaratory relief to redress the violation in a district court of the judicial district in which the violation occurred or in which the plaintiff or defendant resides or th
