Text
minor's application. The division upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of the death of the person who signed the application of a minor for an instruction permit, a driver's license or provisional license shall cancel the license and shall not issue a new license until such time as a new application, duly signed and verified, is made as required by this article. This provision does not apply in the event the minor has attained the age of eighteen years.
