§ 66-4-4 — Criminal offender's character evaluation
The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act [28-2-1 to 28-2-6 NMSA 1978] govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted by Sections 66-4-1 through 66-4-9 NMSA 1978.
