New Mexico Statutes
§ 66-10-2 — Driver education schools; driver education instructors;
license required. No person, firm, association or corporation shall operate a driver education school or engage in the business of giving instruction for hire in the driving of motor vehicles or in the preparation of an applicant for examination for a Class D, E or M driver's license unless a license has been secured from the bureau.
