Text

Every railroad corporation shall make an annual report to the department of transportation of the operations of the year ending on December 31. The president or general superintendent and the secretary and treasurer of the corporation shall verify the report. A railroad corporation shall file the report with the department of transportation on or before March 1 next ensuing and shall state: A. the capital stock and the amount thereof actually paid in; B. the amount paid for the purchase of lands for the construction of the road, for buildings, engines and cars, respectively; C. the amount and nature of the indebtedness of the corporation and the amount due to it; D. the amount received for the transportation of passengers, property, mails, express matter, respectively, and the amount recei
