New Mexico Statutes
§ 63-1-36 — [Validity of proceedings where notice of meeting is
waived.] The stockholders, when assembled, as provided in the last section [63-1-35 NMSA 1978], may elect officers to fill all vacancies then existing, and may act upon such other business as may lawfully be transacted at regular meetings of the stockholders.
