Text

In marking an excavation site and the location of underground facilities, both the excavator and the owner or operator shall use the following uniform color code: A. blue for water; B. green for sewer; C. orange for communications or coaxial cable; D. pink for survey; E. purple for reclaimed water; F. red for electric; G. white for proposed excavation area; and H. yellow for gas.
