schedule. A brand of spirituous liquors shall not be sold to wholesalers except at the price and discounts shown on the schedule unless prior written permission of the director is granted for reasons not inconsistent with the purposes of Sections 60-8A-12 through 60-8A-19 NMSA 1978.
