Text

alcoholic beverages. Any person who gives, loans, sells or delivers an identity card to a minor with the knowledge that the minor intends to use the identity card for the purpose of procuring or attempting to procure any alcoholic beverages is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.
