§ 60-7B-8 — Delivery of identity card to minor for use in obtaining

New Mexico·Ch. 60 Business Licenses·Art. 7B Regulation of Sales and Service to Minors
alcoholic beverages. Any person who gives, loans, sells or delivers an identity card to a minor with the knowledge that the minor intends to use the identity card for the purpose of procuring or attempting to procure any alcoholic beverages is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.
