Text

Any licensee holding a license pursuant to Sections 60-6A-2 through 60-6A-5 NMSA 1978 or Section 60-6B-16 NMSA 1978 shall post in a conspicuous place a sign in both English and Spanish that reads as follows: "Warning: Drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy can cause birth defects." The director shall prescribe the form of such warning and shall make warning signs available to all such license holders.
