Text
A. Any qualified organization is eligible to apply for a bingo license to be issued by the board under the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act. B. The New Mexico state fair:
(1)may apply to the board for and shall be issued a bingo license pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act to conduct games of chance on the grounds of the New Mexico state fair during the state fair; and (2) shall pay a licensing fee to the board of one hundred dollars ($100) per calendar year at the time of application for or renewal of a license issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act. C. A qualified organization may conduct a raffle on the grounds of the New Mexico state fair during the state fair only after obtaining express prior approval of the state fair commission and the board.
