violating act; limitations on liability; posting of notice. A. A gaming operator licensee or its officers, employees or agents may question a person in its gaming establishment suspected of violating any of the provisions of the Gaming Control Act. No gaming operator licensee or any of its officers, employees or agents is criminally or civilly liable:

(1)on account of any such questioning; or (2) for reporting to the board or law enforcement authorities the person suspected of the violation. B. A gaming operator licensee or any of its officers, employees or agents who has reasonable cause for believing that there has been a violation of the Gaming Control Act in the gaming establishment by a person may detain that person in the gaming establishment in a reasonable manner and for a reasona
