New Mexico Statutes
§ 60-2E-53 — Crime; possession of gaming device manufactured, sold
or distributed in violation of law. A person who knowingly possesses any gaming device that has been manufactured, sold or distributed in violation of the Gaming Control Act is guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978.
