N.M. Stat. Ann. § 60-2A-8 (2026).

Text

(Repealed effective July 1, 2030.) The commission shall have sole direction, management, control and jurisdiction over all professional contests to be conducted, held or given within New Mexico, and no professional contest shall be conducted, held or given in this state except in accordance with the provisions of the Professional Athletic Competition Act.
