A. The commission shall elect annually in December a chairman and such other officers as it deems necessary. The commission shall meet as often as necessary for the conduct of business, but no less than twice a year. Meetings shall be called by the chairman or upon the written request of three or more members of the commission. Three members, at least one of whom is a public member, shall constitute a quorum. B. The commission may adopt, purchase and use a seal. C. The commission may adopt rules, subject to the provisions of the State Rules Act [Chapter 14, Article 4 NMSA 1978], for the administration of the Professional Athletic Competition Act not inconsistent with the provisions of the Professional Athletic Competition Act.
