Text

(Repealed effective July 1, 2030.) A. It is unlawful for any person to permit, sponsor or promote any amateur to train as a boxer, engage in boxing matches or compete in boxing events without wearing protective headgear meeting the standards approved under the official rules of the USA Amateur Boxing Federation.

B.Any person violating the provisions of Subsection A of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
