Text

(Repealed effective July 1, 2028.) A person who willfully violates, attempts to violate or conspires to violate a requirement of the Horse Racing Act or a prohibition specifically set forth in the Horse Racing Act is guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978.
