Mexico horse breeders' association; New Mexico horsemen's association; commission authority; New Mexico-bred horse registry. (Repealed effective July 1, 2028.) A. In the event that money allocated to the New Mexico horse breeders' association pursuant to Section 60-1A-19 NMSA 1978 cannot be received or administered by the New Mexico horse breeders' association, the commission or another organization designated by the commission and under the absolute control of the commission shall receive and administer the money that is allocated to be distributed by the New Mexico horse breeders' association pursuant to Section 60-1A-24 NMSA 1978. If the commission or its designee organization is required to receive, administer and distribute money on behalf of the New Mexico horse breeders' association
