Text

A. The executive director shall implement the policies of the board. B. The executive director shall employ all personnel who work for the board. The employees shall be covered employees pursuant to the provisions of the Personnel Act [Chapter 10, Article 9 NMSA 1978]. Among those personnel, he shall employ and designate an appropriate number of individuals as law enforcement officers subject to proper certification pursuant to the Law Enforcement Training Act [Chapter 29, Article 7 NMSA 1978]. C. The executive director shall establish organizational units he determines are appropriate to administer the provisions of the Gaming Control Act. D. The executive director:

(1)may delegate authority to subordinates as he deems necessary and appropriate, clearly delineating the delegated authorit
