Text
Unless required by federal law, the state or an agency or instrumentality of the state shall not: A. seek payment from an account or its proceeds for benefits provided to the beneficiary of the account pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Section 529A; or B. undertake estate recovery from an account pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Section 529A.
