Text
As used in the Leasehold Community Assistance Act, "leasehold community" means a community which: A. is located on an Indian pueblo on lands leased from that pueblo; B. is chartered by the pueblo; C. has a mayor-council form of government; and D. contains lands leased from the pueblo which, together with improvements, has a net property tax valuation of at least five million dollars ($5,000,000).
