§ 6-30-6 — Authority; duties
The authority shall: A. provide staff support to the board; B. administer the project fund; C. at the direction of the board, process, review and evaluate applications for financial assistance from qualified entities; and D. at the direction of the board, administer qualified projects that receive financial assistance.
