§ 6-15-8 — ["Municipal corporation" as used in Sections 6-15-3 to 6-15-
8 NMSA 1978 defined.] The term municipal corporation shall, for the purpose of this act [6-15-3 to 6-15-8 NMSA 1978], be construed to mean county, incorporated city, incorporated town, incorporated village or school district.
