§ 59A-50-9 — Suspension, revocation or refusal to continue certificate

New Mexico·Ch. 59A Insurance Code·Art. 50 Motor Clubs
of authority. The superintendent may suspend, revoke, or refuse to continue the certificate of authority of a motor club upon finding, after notice and opportunity for hearing, that the motor club has: A. violated any provision of this article; B. failed to maintain the standards required for issuance of its original certificate of authority as specified in this article; C. become insolvent; D. liabilities in excess of its assets; E. engaged in one or more fraudulent or deceptive acts; or F. entered into a service contract the form of which has not been filed with the superintendent, or containing language, condition or requirement prohibited by the superintendent pursuant to Section 913 [59A-50-7 NMSA 1978] of this article.
