Text
control. The superintendent shall regulate and control, in the same manner and with the same powers as he regulates the business of life insurance, the granting, sale or offering for sale of prearranged funeral plans. Provided however, that the provisions governing prearranged funeral plans contained in this article that require stricter control or higher obligations on the part of the seller shall control.
