Text
of authority. The superintendent may suspend, revoke or refuse to continue the certificate of authority of any health care plan if the health care plan no longer fulfills the qualifications therefor as stated in this article or on any applicable ground, procedure and conditions on which he could suspend, revoke or refuse continuance of the certificate of authority of an insurer under Article 5 [Chapter 59A, Article 5 NMSA 1978] (authorization of insurers and general requirements) of the Insurance Code.
