Text
order. If the superintendent has issued a summary order before hearing as provided in Subsection B of Section 743 [59A-41-51 NMSA 1978] of this article, any person upon whom such order is served may waive the superintendent's hearing and apply for an immediate judicial relief available under law and without first exhausting his administrative remedies.
