Text
The superintendent may apply under this article for an order dissolving the corporate existence of a domestic insurer: A. upon his application for an order for liquidation, or at any time after such order has been granted; or B. upon the grounds specified in Section 720 [59A-41-28 NMSA 1978] of this article whether or not an order of liquidation is sought or has been obtained.
