§ 59A-33-5 — Organization of assigned risk pool
A. To carry into effect the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool Law, there shall be maintained a nonprofit unincorporated association of commercial line insurers to be known as the "New Mexico workers' compensation assigned risk pool", and every commercial line insurer shall be a member of the pool. B. The pool shall be governed by a board constituted of seven persons, appointed by the superintendent as follows:
(1)at least four members shall be knowledgeable and have experience in the field of workers' compensation insurance and be employed by or represent private, voluntary licensed insurance companies;
(2)all members shall be appointed for two-year terms; and (3) all members shall be appointed and subject to removal by the superintendent. C. The board shall adop
