Text

The superintendent shall promulgate or approve reasonable rules, including rules providing statistical plans, for use by all insurers in the recording and reporting of loss and expense experience, so that the experience of an insurer may be made available to the superintendent at least annually in such form and detail as may be necessary to aid the superintendent in determining whether rating systems comply with applicable rate standards and requirements. In promulgating the rules and plans the superintendent shall give due consideration to the rating systems on file with the superintendent and, so that the rules and plans may be as uniform as practicable among the several states, to the rules and form of plans used for rating systems in other states. No insurer shall be required to record
