§ 59A-30-14 — Other provisions applicable
To the extent not in conflict with the New Mexico Title Insurance Law, the following articles and provisions of the Insurance Code [Chapter 59A NMSA 1978] shall also apply to title insurers, title insurance agents and the business of title insurance: A.
