§ 58-32-602 — Cooperation
The director may consult and cooperate with other state agencies, agencies of another state or of the United States or the nationwide multistate licensing system and registry in enforcing and administering the Uniform Money Services Act. They may jointly pursue examinations and take other official action that they are otherwise empowered to take.
