§ 58-21-21 — Fraud unlawful

New Mexico·Ch. 58 Financial Institutions and Regulations·Art. 21 Mortgage Loan Companies
It is unlawful for any mortgage loan company in connection with the origination, brokering, negotiating or making of any mortgage loan, directly or indirectly, to: A. employ any device, scheme or artifice to defraud; or B. engage in any act, practice or course of business that operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person.
