Text
It is unlawful for any mortgage loan company in connection with the origination, brokering, negotiating or making of any mortgage loan, directly or indirectly, to: A. employ any device, scheme or artifice to defraud; or B. engage in any act, practice or course of business that operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person.
