Text

A. The authority may purchase and contract to purchase mortgage loans at the prices and upon the terms and conditions as it determines. All mortgage lenders are authorized to sell mortgage loans to the authority in accordance with the provisions of this section and the rules and regulations of the authority. B. The authority shall require as a condition of purchase of single-family mortgage loans from mortgage lenders either:

(1)that the single-family mortgage loans be existing mortgage loans owned by the mortgage lenders and that the mortgage lenders, within the period after receipt of the purchase price as the authority may prescribe shall enter into written commitments to loan and, within such period thereafter as the authority may prescribe, shall loan an amount equal to the entire pu
