It shall be unlawful for any producer and/or distributor or any other person, either directly or indirectly, to give any secret refund, rebate or reward of any kind to any competitive exhibitor, or for any competitive exhibitor to receive, either directly or indirectly, any secret refund, rebate or reward of any character from any producer, distributor or any other person, or for any producer, distributor or any other person to sell, lease, license or supply any motion picture or pictures, or permit same to be done to any competitive exhibitor by or through any secret or undisclosed manner, method, contract, combination or arrangement of any kind, or for any competitive exhibitor to so receive or acquire same in such a manner, or to exhibit any such motion picture or pictures so received o
