Text
As used in the Beverage Container Act: A. "beverage" means beer or other malt beverages, fruit juice, vegetable juice and mineral waters, soda water and similar carbonated soft drinks, in liquid form and intended for human consumption; and B. "beverage container" means the individual, separate, metal can containing a beverage.
