marking. No person shall knowingly possess or use a pump, tank, container or other device or equipment to store, keep, expose for sale, offer for sale or sell any petroleum product other than that manufactured, sold or distributed by the person whose name, trademark or trade name is affixed to the pump, tank, container or other device or equipment.
