§ 57-17-20 — Homemade food items; exemption
The provisions of Chapter 57, Article 17 NMSA 1978 shall not apply to homemade food items produced or sold pursuant to the Homemade Food Act [25-12-1 to 25-12-5 NMSA 1978].
