New Mexico Statutes
§ 57-11-10 — [Contract in violation of act void.]
Any contract or agreement in violation of the provisions of this act [57-11-1 to 57-11- 13 NMSA 1978] shall be absolutely void and shall not be enforceable either in law or equity.
