The secretary of state shall charge and collect for: A. filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation, twenty-five dollars ($25.00); B. filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment, twenty dollars ($20.00); C. filing restated articles of incorporation and issuing a restated certificate of incorporation, twenty dollars ($20.00); D. filing articles of merger or consolidation and issuing a certificate of merger or consolidation, twenty dollars ($20.00); E. filing a statement of change of address of registered office or change of registered agent, or both, ten dollars ($10.00); F. filing an agent's statement of change of address of registered agent, ten dollars ($10.00); G. filing articles of dissolution, ten dollars ($10.00); H. filing an a
