Text
An association shall have and continuously maintain in New Mexico: A. a registered office, which may be the same as its principal office; and B. a registered agent that may be:
(1)an individual resident in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office of the association;
(2)a for-profit or not-for-profit domestic corporation having an office identical with the registered office of the association; or (3) a for-profit or not-for-profit foreign corporation authorized to transact business or conduct affairs in New Mexico and having an office identical with the registered office of the corporation.
