contents. No certificate for shares or for membership shall be issued until paid for in full. There shall be printed upon each certificate issued by an association a statement embodying the requirements of Sections 13, 14 and 26 [53-4-13, 53-4-14, 53-4-26 NMSA 1978] herein and of any provisions in its articles which limit the right of the certificate holder to assign or transfer such certificate.
