evidence. All certificates issued by the commission [secretary of state] in accordance with the provisions of the Limited Liability Company Act and all copies of documents filed in its office in accordance with the provisions of the Limited Liability Company Act, when certified by it, shall be taken and received in all courts, public offices and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated, and may be filed and recorded with the respective county clerks.
