member. If a member who is an individual dies or a court adjudges him to be incompetent to manage his person or property, or if a member that is not an individual is dissolved, liquidated or otherwise completely terminated, the member's executor, administrator, guardian, conservator, liquidating trustee or other legal representative has all of the rights of an assignee of the member's limited liability company interest.
