§ 52-5-16 — Physical examination of worker; statements regarding

dependents. A. It is the duty of the worker, at the time of his employment or thereafter at the request of the employer, to submit himself to examination by a physician authorized to practice medicine in the state, who shall be paid by the employer, for the purpose of determining the worker's physical condition. B. It is the duty of the worker, if required, to give the employer the names, addresses, relationships and degree of dependency of the worker's dependents, if any, or any subsequent change thereof. When the employer requires, the worker shall make a detailed verified statement relating to such dependents, matters of employment and other information incident thereto.
