§ 52-3-18 — Determination by worker's compensation division of the
labor department. All issues of fact or law arising under the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law shall be determined by the worker's compensation division of the labor department pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 52 NMSA 1978.
