Text
A. The division shall be authorized to coordinate implementation and enforcement of the Healthy Workplaces Act and shall promulgate appropriate rules to implement that act. B. The division shall coordinate implementation and enforcement of the Healthy Workplaces Act, including:
(1)establishing a system to receive complaints, in writing and by telephone, regarding alleged violations of the Healthy Workplaces Act;
(2)establishing a process for investigating and resolving complaints in a timely manner and keeping complainants notified regarding the status of the investigation of their complaint;
(3)ensuring employer compliance with the Healthy Workplaces Act through the use of audits, investigations or other measures; and (4) establishing a system for reviewing complaints. C. The division
